Terms Of Service
Full payment is to be paid on or before your first session. If you miss a session, you may make it up anytime throughout the year including in the holidays (at the one extra class we run) and you can carry make up classes across to the next term at any other location. You can move days and times if needs be during the term.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, go on a holiday, return to work or are unable to attend your sessions. When you make a Term Booking we hold your place for the whole term. If you know you will be traveling or returning to work we offer casual rates (if spaces are available) so that you can pay as you go.
You can join a group at any time during the term and will be charged a pro rata fee. Your fee will be automatically calculated for you when you Register.
Family rates are applicable for registering two or more siblings for a Term Booking. Our registration will only process payment for the first child, we will contact you to process the balance payment. Per child rates apply for starter, casual, and trials.
You can also register for one $10 Trial session if you are new to Boppin’ Babies and have not previously attended one of our groups. One $10 Trial per customer, per child. Once you have completed your $10 Trial we require you to register for a Term Booking, Starter Pack or purchase a Casual ticket to continue attending. We do not offer refunds if you miss your Trial Session, but you can reschedule (space permitting) providing you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Boppin’ Babies offers a 3 Sessions Starter Pack for customers who have not previously attended one of our groups, or have completed a Trial session. One Starter Pack is available per customer, per child. Once you have completed your Starter Pack you must register for a Term Booking or purchase a Casual ticket to continue attending.
Boppin’ Babies reserves the right to cancel music sessions, without refund, due to abnormal extremes of weather, road closures, emergency incidents or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as the sudden closure of a hired venue not owned by Boppin’ Babies).
If we need to cancel music sessions due to illness, injury or the unforeseen unavailability of a staff member, we will notify as soon as we can via email and text message and advise you of any make-up sessions we are offering.
By registering with Boppin’ Babies Pty Ltd, you acknowledge that Boppin’ Babies Pty Ltd may use your contact information to send you newsletters and information regarding Boppin’ Babies Pty Ltd products and services. You acknowledge that you will receive communications from our office team regarding your booking in addition to our weekly enewsletter. Both can be independently opted-out of.
While Boppin’ Babies takes all due care, you acknowledge that Boppin’ Babies Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for personal loss or injury sustained during Boppin’ Babies sessions. You remain responsible for the safety of yourself and your child/ren, relinquishing Boppin’ Babies of any liability. You warrant that the child/ren in your care will not attend if they are unwell, including communicable, contagious or notifiable illnesses.
From time to time Boppin’ Babies may take photos or videos of music sessions to support the ongoing development of our program. This material may also be used in the marketing and advertising of Boppin’ Babies services. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, videoed or for their image to be used in marketing, please let your session leader know.
