Is there a limit on how many children I can have at my Boppin’ Birthday party?
No! You pay the one fee and there is no limit. We have enough equipment for a group of children to join in the live music making and jam with us. If you are having more than 20 children it would be worth considering a second staff member to ensure everyone has a personalised experience, so contact us and we can talk about this option.
What is included in my party pack?
You get live music played by our tertiary qualified staff who deliver our expert designed program that encourages active music making, fun and stimulating musical fun for children of all ages. We can accommodate children of mixed as music is appealing to all. We bring our music kit bags full of beautiful high quality instruments for the children to play and of course our voices and guitars to sing to the children.
For a small additional fee we can supply you with themed invitations and thank you cards.
Do you do party bags?
We can supply you with instruments for your party bags at a very affordable price so that children have something meaningful and memorable to take away from your party.
What happens if I have booked a party in a park and it rains?
Just let us know what your wet weather plan is and we will be able to respond flexibly and meet you at Plan B destination when you tell us that Plan B has been activated.
What happens if the party is cancelled?
There will be no charge if you cancel your party booking with 5 days advance notice. If you or your child are sick we can postpone the party as long as staff are available on the rescheduled day. PLEASE NOTE if you cancel your party with less than 24 hours there will be a 50% administrative fee. If you wish to postpone the party with less than 24 hours notice we will do our best, but if you tell us on the day of your party you will forfeit your booking fee.
