How it works
Boppin’ Babies sessions are held once a week for 10 weeks during school terms. For information on specific dates and times click here. Sessions are conducted in groups of up to 10 families.
Both mixed age groups and age bracketed groups are offered, depending on the location (see timetable).

Where children are grouped according to age these are:
- Beautiful Bubs: birth to 11 / 12 months
- Tiny tots: 12 – 18 months
- Little tykes: 18 months to 4 years
Babies are typically moved up at around 10 - 12 months as they start to crawl and again at around 18 months as their social and cognitive needs change.
Combo: These are mixed age groups which cater to the developmental needs of each child attending by offering participation options for various stages (pre crawlers, crawlers, walkers etc) and utilise the environment by having older children model to younger, and exposing parents to the next stage of development for their child.
Boppin’ Babies is an inclusive and integrated program – children with special needs are most welcome and catered for. Please discuss your child’s needs with Vicky.
Adults participate in the sessions with their children in singing, moving to music, playing instruments (such as shakers, drums, chimes, and bells) and improvising musical play. No prior musical ability is required! And don’t worry – all singing is conducted in a group setting, you wont be singled out!!
